Wall and Outdoor Fireplace in Brick

- Price includes a brick sitting wall that will be 42" high and 70' long. It will bricked on both sides of the wall, ends of the wall and the top of the wall.

- Price includes a masonry fireplace unit. It will be a 42" fireplace. Total height is approximately 7' high at the chimney. The fireplace will have an 18" high x 20" wide hearth in front of it. The fireplace unit will have brick veneer. No cap or shroud on the chimney.

- Price includes two wood boxes. One on each side of the fireplace unit. The boxes will have brick veneer.

River Rock

- Price includes installing river rock on the bank behind the paver patio including weed fabric. It is approximately 2240 sf (70x32).
- Price includes credit for sod where rock will be installed.
- Price is based on the current market price as of 5/1/2020 and the availability of the stone at the time it is required.

Screen Porch

- Price includes screening the covered porch.

Two Garage Doors

- Price includes Two (2) 9'x8' Garage Doors by Overhead Door Company.
